If you’ve seen the news, you’ve seen that Perth is heading into a snap 5 day Covid Lockdown.

So, what does that mean for you as a customer of Dependable Laundry Solutions?

  • Spare Parts – Our spares are dispatched from our Perth warehouse, which will continue to operate as normal during this lockdown. Our spares team will be taking phone calls remotely, with 1 person working safely in the warehouse to pick and dispatch parts during this time.
  • Sales – Our sales team Australia-wide remain working remotely, as per usual.
  • Service – Due to the high-risk of community transmission, and the large amount of travel our service technicians complete throughout the community daily, there will be a pause on service work in the Perth Metro Area. This will be evaluated day by day.
