The team behind the machines
A good commercial laundry is only as good as the team that keeps it running smoothly. Meet the tip-top people who give dependable its name.
David & Gabrielle Worthington
David and Gabrielle started Dependable Laundry Solutions in 1968. David looks after the finances, while Gabrielle covers the corporate stuff – including making sure the business gives back to good causes.
Together they’ve grown the business into what it is today. Rumour has it they couldn’t be prouder.
Outside the office, you might see David at the helm of the ‘Arc’ – the car he drives their many animals around in (with Maytag number plates, of course).
Chad’s in charge of steering the Dependable ship. He believes to be the best, you’ve got to do things differently.
It all starts with building strong relationships – to find out exactly what it takes to make our customers (and our people) happier.
National Sales & Marketing Leader
For Samuel, this job’s all about the people.
He makes sure his team has everything it needs to support the rest of the business – so customers get the dependable service we promise.
And even if you only see him once a year at a trade show, his charm will stick with you. That, or his distinctive love of vintage kitchenettes and teapots.
Karann is a numbers person, and a people person – the ultimate double threat.
It all comes down to making sure people have what they need to be happy. Whether that’s a seamless accounts experience for our customers, or a supportive work environment for her colleagues.
Did we mention she brings us treats? She brings us treats.
Spare Parts Leader
There’s not much Daniel doesn’t know about machine parts. But that’s not where the real magic happens.
Working in hospitality for over 20 years means Daniel just gets customers. No, he’s not a mind reader. He just knows the right questions to ask so you get exactly what you’re looking for.
National Service Leader
Whatever the day has to throw at her is okay with Jacqueline – the only thing she’s worried about is whether or not her customers are taken care of.
So once you’ve got your shiny new laundry set up, she’ll be waiting by the phone for anything you need (even if it’s just a yarn).
