What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Travel, mileage, transportation, accommodation, access costs, and weekend, afterhours, or public holiday call-outs.
- Faults or failures determined not to be manufacturing or workmanship defects.
- Repairs, diagnoses, or replacement parts resulting from work carried out by unauthorised technicians or service providers.
- Damage caused by foreign objects, blocked or damaged hoses, external plumbing issues, vermin, insects, pests, vandalism, theft, accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from fire, flood, storm, lightning, natural disasters, power surges, or other acts beyond the manufacturer’s control.
- Machines not installed, maintained, or operated in accordance with manufacturer specifications, published installation instructions, or local electrical and plumbing codes.
- Faults caused by third-party payment systems, coin boxes, slides and drops, external accessories, non-approved products, chemicals, detergents, or components not authorised by Maytag.
- Consumable, maintenance, or wear items, including but not limited to fuses, lint screens, filters and detergent dispensers.
- Loss of income, business interruption, laundromat downtime, or consequential damages associated with machine failure.
- Freight, shipping, transportation, or delivery costs associated with replacement parts.
