It is with sincere and deepest regret that we announce the recent passing of Eastern Stares based Whirlpool/Maytag SouthEastAsia and Oceania Manager, John Barratt, after a long and courageous fight sadly lost against an insidious cancer.
John’s commitment to Maytag was second to none over the years and despite the toll his treatment (and the cancer) had on his health he continued to work right up until his passing
John Barratt brought a wealth of knowledge to Maytag Commercial Laundry international’s sales force and was located in Sydney. Barratt was responsible for overseeing sales to commercial laundry distributors and reported directly to Nick Koukourakis, senior category manager of Maytag Global Commercial Laundry in America.
Always a popular visitor to Dependable Laundry Solutions, John’s help and smiling face will be sorely missed. Gone too soon…..
