Dependable Laundry Solutions recently visited Fall River, Massachusetts to attend the 59th Maytag® Commercial Laundry Conference. Held yearly, Maytag’s annual meeting is a melting pot of discussion with all of Maytag Commercial Distributors worldwide coming together to share ideas, discuss industry trends and see the exciting plans on Maytag Commercial’s horizon.

This year was a big year for us here at Dependable Laundry Solutions, being recognised again with “Maytag’s Star Performer Award” an award we are proud to have won numerous times before, and which will sit proudly with our Marketing Excellence and International Distributor of the Year awards as won in previous years.

Maytag® Commercial Laundry also honoured us with the Red-Carpet Service® Award! This is the first time this award has ever been awarded to a Maytag Distributor outside of America, and General Manager Chad Pilbeam had this to say:

Established by Fred Maytag II, the Red Carpet Service® Award was created to highlight Maytag Laundry Distributors who could excel under the stringent criteria of service response time, customer comments, loyalty and service etiquette, and demonstrate commitment to Maytag Commercial laundry equipment by continually engaging in Red Carpet Service® training courses. The award symbolises the honour that is concurrent with the roll out of a red carpet.
