Service Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Dependable Laundry Solutions for your Commercial and Industrial laundry equipment service or repair needs.
Before proceeding with your booking, please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Call-Out Fee: $165.00 + GST*
- Labour Charge: $145.00 + GST per hour, billed in 30-minute increments*
- Travel/ Mileage Fee: $1.70 + GST per km (applies to locations beyond 30 km from the contractor's base)*
*Please note Call-out, Labour and Travel fees are for our metro and inner regional areas. Additional charges may apply for outer regional and very remote locations – Dependable will contact you if so before moving forward if charges outside the above are expected.
Warranty Claims:
- Please send proof of purchase to [email protected] to validate warranty claims.
- Units sold by Dependable Laundry Solutions includes warranty cover of labour for the first 12 months from date of purchase for warrantable faults.
- Parts only warranty period is as per manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Payment Terms:
- Service work is cash on delivery (COD), and payment is required immediately upon invoice unless pre-established trading terms are in place.
- Service work to domestic customers require prepayment before attending residential address.
- Unpaid invoices are subject to debt collection processes as per Dependable Laundry Solutions Terms of Trade - Dependable-ToT-2024.pdf
Important Note on Installation & Incorrect Use Issues
If the product being inspected is determined not to have been installed or operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, the costs of inspection and repair will be the responsibility of the product owner.
All terms and conditions are subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
